This is the best place to live on Riverside!! The staff was very friendly and approachable any time I had a problem. The amenities are amazing, especially the gym. The pool was also fun to hang out at, and it was always clean. I met some wonderful people here! I enjoyed living here and would totally recommend it!

For the price this place is great. I lived on West Campus for 2 years and the rent was freaking outrageous, not to mention parking. I moved to Estates with a friend to save some $$$$. Move in was a little hectic but all in all I finally got in. Apartments are nice for the price, the upgrades are significantly less than my old apartment complex.
