A Pot luck style event: bring a dish from the country you are from, or where your heritage is from; can be an appetizer, side, dessert, or entree. We will set up in the clubhouse and can label the dishes for any possible allergies. MUST BRING A DISH TO STAY AND EAT. Event will take place on October 25th, starting at 7:00pm!
Carve, paint or decorate a pumpkin for your apartment right before Halloween. Meet us at the basketball courts on October 29th, starting at 6PM. Come early while supplies last!
Tis the season for giving! Starting on November 1st, we will have a box for collecting non-perishable and canned goods for the holidays! Sign your name when you drop it off so we can choose a few winners for gift cards as a thank you! Ends 11/16.
We DONUT know what we would do without you! To show our appreciation, we will have a week of events between 11/5-11/9. To kick off the week, we will have breakfast on the go on November 5th, out by the bus stop, starting at 8am!

We have partnered up with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive for both sites! It will be held in the clubhouse on Wednesday, November 7th, from 11:30am-5:30pm. You can sign up in the office or online at redcrossblood.org and search "preiss." We will choose a few donors to win gift cards as a thank you!
After a long day of the blood drive, join us for a movie night in the clubhouse on Wednesday, November 7th, starting at 8pm. There's a slight chance we will serve dinner beforehand as well! We will run a poll on Instagram a few days before to choose a movie!

We are hosting a HUGE Open House event on Friday, November 9th from 11am-4pm. We will have food, prizes, free promo, tours, leasing specials, vendor booths and more! Tour for an entry into our massive door prize raffle. Current residents can bring a non-resident for an entry of their own! This will be one big fun networking event, too!

We are hosting a seminar about savings and the cost of waiting to save over at Estates, hosted by Victoria from NY Life Insurance! There will be snacks and prizes for participation. This will take place on November 19th at 6:00pm.
Join us in the gym on November 27th at 7:30pm for our fitness class hosted by Nfinite Pursuit! One lucky participant will take home a fitness related item!
